Job summary

NOV Fiberglass Systems in Tulsa, OK is seeking a manufacturing associate to maintain a clean, safe work area and perform tasks per schedule with minimal supervision. The role emphasizes safety, adherence to HSE and quality procedures, and willingness to be cross-trained across functions.

Typical duties include standing up to 12 hours, lifting up to 50 lbs, repetitive movements, and working overtime or varied shifts as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, or machine shop environment preferred.
• Strong attendance, reliability, and dependability.
• Good problem-solving skills and sound judgment.
• High attention to detail and quality of work.
• Ability to learn technical repair and assembly procedures.
• Willingness to be cross-trained across multiple job functions.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read and follow drawings, instructions, and assembly procedures.

Responsibilities

• Ability to work overtime and various shifts as required.
• Stand and walk for up to 12 hours per shift.
• Perform frequent bending, stooping, and repetitive movements throughout the shift.
• Lift and move materials up to 50 lbs regularly.
• Push and pull equipment or materials as needed during the shift.
