Mix epoxy following procedures and maintain epoxy levels.

Performs manual measurements and inspects/records results. Alerts team on pipe defects.
Mixes epoxy following procedures
Maintains epoxy resin level in baths during production runs
Assembles fiberglass packs in preparation for loading winder machines
Set up line, load/unload fiberglass packs and resin baths
Prepare winders at the beginning of each run by stringing fiberglass tows
Fixes broken yarns and monitors pipe quality
Removed oven film and shrink tape from the pipe at the end of the oven
Prepares ovens at the beginning of each run
Coordinate the setup of new jobs and ensure that a run checklist is completed at the start of each production run
Ensure completion of all paperwork at the run’s completion
Ensure tools and equipment are properly maintained and stored
Communicates mechanical and electrical problems to the maintenance department
Maintains the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition
Completes tasks as directed by manufacturing schedules with minimum supervision
Utilize safe work habits
Wear appropriate PPE
