Job summary

BrandFX, a TIME Manufacturing Company, is seeking a detail-oriented Fiberglass Body Repair Technician to join our production team in Pocahontas, IA. You will inspect, repair, and finish fiberglass bodies to high quality standards.

Key duties include surface restoration, finishing, tool operation, and ensuring safety in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience with gel-coat and corrosion-resistant finishes is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year hands-on fiberglass body repair experience.
• Experience with gel-coat finishing and restoring surface finishes.
• Proficient with pneumatic and electric power tools.

Responsibilities

• Perform structural and cosmetic fiberglass repairs on body components.
• Inspect gel-coat surfaces and perform sanding, buffing, and polishing.
• Safely operate hand and power tools and gel-coat spray equipment.
• Conduct thorough parts inspections to meet quality standards.
• Collaborate with team to meet daily production goals.
