Qualifications

• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to follow precise measurements and templates.
• Experience using grinders, sanders, saws, drills, or similar hand and power tools.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with attention to quality.

Responsibilities

• Cut, trim, grind, and sand fiberglass hulls, decks, and molded components to specification.
• Inspect components before and after cutting to ensure correct edges and surfaces.
• Coordinate with other departments to prepare components for next production stage.
• Maintain clean, organized workstations and properly store tools and materials.
• Follow safety procedures and use PPE to minimize dust and exposure.
