Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; additional technical training is a plus.

• Familiarity with quality assurance standards and basic laboratory testing procedures.
• Understanding of BMC materials and raw material properties in formulation.

Responsibilities

• Weigh and measure raw materials according to specified formulas.
• Operate and maintain mixing equipment to produce a homogeneous batch.
• Monitor quality, perform basic material tests, and report deviations.
• Maintain accurate batch records and inventory using FIFO.
• Follow safety guidelines and obtain forklift certification.
