Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with molding press operation preferred.
• Ability to read quality plans and use measuring tools.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety by following company guidelines and PPE requirements.
• Operate multiple molding press machines and adjust settings per specs.
• Perform TPM tasks and keep the area clean and organized.
• Use drills, punches and other tools to maintain tooling and molds.
• Maintain accurate press logs and report deviations from quality.
• Collaborate with maintenance and processing teams for smooth production.
