Responsibilities

• Assist field crews with daily construction and utility operations
• Load, unload, move, and organize materials, tools, and equipment
• Support excavation, restoration, and general construction activities
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and organization at work areas
• Assist with traffic control setup and safety zone preparation
• Operate basic hand tools and construction equipment safely
• Follow instructions from Field Supervisors and leadership
• Report unsafe conditions or incidents to leadership
