Job summary

ElectriCom Inc. is seeking a Laborer to support telecommunications and utility construction crews. This role performs general labor tasks, operates hand and power tools, prepares work sites, and assists equipment operators and Foremen.

Work is outdoors in all weather, and travel to job sites—including overnight assignments—is required. We value safety, teamwork, and reliability. A valid driver’s license is required; CDL is highly desired.

Qualifications

• Physical stamina to perform demanding labor tasks.
• Reliability and good attendance are essential.
• Commitment to safety best practices on outdoor jobsites.
• Valid driver's license; CDL is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform general labor tasks such as digging, lifting, carrying, and site prep.
• Operate hand and power tools as required by the crew.
• Help keep worksites clean and materials organized; load/unload supplies.
• Assist equipment operators and Foremen with field activities.
• Work outdoors in various weather conditions and travel to sites, including overnight assignments.
