Job summary

Forged Fiber is seeking an entry‑level installer to perform in‑home installation and service work for residential and small business customers. You may handle ONT, gateways, Ethernet, and fiber inside wiring while communicating clearly with customers and explaining installation or repair steps.

No prior experience required, but willingness to work outdoors and some customer service background is preferred. Typical schedule, outdoor conditions, and safety policies apply.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid state driver’s license and a satisfactory driving record.
• Able to climb and work at elevations exceeding 18 feet (ladders/poles).
• Physically capable of lifting up to 75 pounds and working outdoors in various weather.

Responsibilities

• Perform in-home installation and service work for customers (ONT, gateways, Ethernet, fiber, etc).
• Explain features and provide courteous service on-site and by phone.
• Identify additional service opportunities and communicate them to customers.
