Job summary

ITC Service Group, a subsidiary of AFL, is seeking motivated individuals to join our fiber splicing team in Denver. We will fully train you to splice fiber optic cable and earn a great income, including underground and aerial splicing and fiber drops for our clients in residential and commercial sectors.

Starting pay is $23.00/hr with opportunities to grow. You will operate trenching equipment, climb ladders, and work at heights, often outdoors in inclement weather, while meeting safety

Qualifications

• Fiber splicing in telecom environments.
• Willingness to train in fiber optic standards and procedures.
• Ability to work safely at heights and in varying weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Operate trenching equipment such as mini skid steer or walk-behind trencher.
• Climb and carry 28-ft ladders as required.
• Perform fiber splicing on utility poles and strands.
• Lift and move up to 100 lbs.
• Work flexible hours including weekends/holidays as needed.
