Job summary

ITC Service Group is seeking motivated individuals to join our fiber splicing team. We will fully train you to splice fiber optic cable, including underground and aerial splicing and running fiber drops for our clients serving residential and commercial customers.

The role requires physical fitness, willingness to work flexible hours, and ability to lift up to 100 lbs. A valid driver's license and background check are required. Training provided to build telecom skills.

Qualifications

• Operate trenching equipment such as a mini skid steer or walk-behind trencher.
• Capable of carrying, handling, and climbing 28-ft ladders.
• Ability to work at heights and splice fiber on utility poles.
• Must pass pre-employment background check and drug/alcohol screen.
• Must have valid state driver's license and clean driving record.
• Ability to lift and move up to 100 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Join our fiber splicing team and splice fiber optic cable.
• Perform underground and aerial splicing and run fiber drops for clients.
• Serve both residential and commercial customers.
