Job summary

Future, a Primoris Company, is seeking a Fiber Splicing Technician Lead in Clearwater, FL to direct daily splice operations and coordinate a small field crew.

You will perform fusion splicing, read splice plans, test with OTDR and power meters, document results, and ensure workmanship meets customer standards.

This role demands outdoor work, weather variability, and occasional overtime; valid license and fiber certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on fiber optic splicing experience, lead or crew-lead preferred.
• Strong knowledge of OSP fiber construction, splice cases and fiber management.
• Ability to read fiber diagrams, splice matrices, prints and specs.
