Job summary

Pauley Construction, LLC seeks a Fiber Splicing Supervisor in Phoenix, AZ to lead a small crew in copper splicing, testing and cable placement. The role requires extensive experience scheduling work, reporting progress to customers, handling field issues, and managing in-house financials.

The supervisor will ensure safety policy adherence and coordinate invoicing with the District Manager. The position offers weekly pay, PTO and holidays, a 401(k) with company match, stock purchase plan,

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of specific copper splicing and leadership experience proven to produce high quality results in a time driven environment.
• Ability to read and interpret outside plant facility records and engineering schematic work prints.
• Experience in Outside Plant telecom functions.
• Must pass a background check and company drug screening.
• Authorized to work in the United States for this company.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of splicers (3–4) and manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and safety compliance.
• Coordinate with District Manager to invoice jobs in a timely manner per company policy.
• Attend safety meetings and trainings; ensure adherence to OSHA/DOT and project requirements.
• Investigate accidents, property owner complaints, and ensure 100% adherence to safety policies.
• Communicate equipment needs to Regional Manager and manage splicing-related duties.
