Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of fiber splicing techniques, testing equipment (OTDR, power meters).
• Strong understanding of fiber network design, construction practices, and customer specs.

Responsibilities

• Lead splicing teams and manage subcontractors to deliver safe, on-time projects.
• Provide daily updates to Project Managers on progress, timelines and forecasts.
• Review OTDR and power meter results for quality and compliance.
• Plan, assign and monitor daily splicing tasks to meet production goals.
• Maintain splicing records and deliver required documentation.
