Responsibilities

• Perform cable upgrades and splicing tasks, both aerial and underground with guidance.
• Test, activate, and troubleshoot the network after installation.
• Ensure all splicing operations meet customer and industry standards.
• Safely navigate working at different heights, from underground to aerial.
• Complete daily vehicle maintenance and perform basic checks.
• Document work in daily production reports and mark maps correctly.
