Job summary

ITC in San Antonio seeks motivated individuals to join our fiber splicing team. We will fully train you to splice fiber optic cable, including underground and aerial work and running fiber drops for our clients.

We service both residential and commercial customers, with a starting pay of $20 per hour plus performance-based bonuses; training is provided in a safety-conscious, outdoor work environment.

Qualifications

• Operate trenching equipment and perform physical tasks in the field.
• Must be able to carry and climb ladders safely.
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs and work at heights.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record required.
• Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screen.
• Color vision required for accurate fiber work.
• Company provides full training for fiber splicing.

Responsibilities

• Splice fiber optic cable in underground and aerial settings.
• Run fiber drops for residential and commercial clients.
• Support telecommunications field operations and safety procedures.
