Job summary

Uniti Fiber is seeking a qualified Sales Engineer in Tampa to partner with Sales teams as a technical SME, designing cost-effective network solutions for prospects and customers. You will work with Engineering, Operations and vendors to ensure solutions meet requirements and align with Uniti Fiber’s product portfolio.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in the industry.
Experience in two or more of: Sales, Product Management/Planning, Network Engineering, Transport Engineering, Network Provisioning, Operations.
Ability to create network topology diagrams.
Strong analytical, communication and customer presentation skills.
Ability to take ownership and drive cross-team collaboration.

Responsibilities

Provide technical and network design solutions for pre-sales activities.
Train Sales teams on Uniti Fiber products and services.
Communicate updates on products, services and processes.
Serve as liaison between Enterprise Sales and other Uniti Fiber support teams.
Review Salesforce opportunities to ensure accurate documentation and solution details.
