Job summary

SpaceX is seeking an IT Network Infrastructure Technician to install, test, and support fiber, copper, and RF cabling across production and launch environments in Redmond, WA. You will work on voice, video, and data systems, and help build telecommunication rooms and read engineering drawings.

Requires 2+ years in fiber/copper cabling, network installation, and AV/RF systems; valid driver’s license; ability to lift up to 25 lbs and travel ~10–25%.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalency certificate required.
• 2+ years installing, testing, troubleshooting, and repairing fiber optics, copper cabling, network and telephony installations, and audio/video systems.

Responsibilities

• Install, terminate, test, troubleshoot, and document fiber, network, audio, video, and RF cabling.
• Install and troubleshoot audio, video, and RF equipment.
• Build out telecommunication and equipment rooms.
• Read planning documents, schematics, and drawings.
