United Cooperative Services seeks an Outside Plant Field Representative in Cleburne, TX to oversee fiber-related construction. The role requires a stable work history with an acceptable MVR, pre-employment screen, and a current Texas driver’s license.

Starting pay is $34.94 per hour; the position is non-exempt and open until filled. Responsibilities include coordinating aerial/underground work, creating staking documents, and communicating with property owners.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Texas driver’s license with clean record.
• Ability to read, understand and write simple correspondence.
• Willingness to learn safety rules and procedures.

Mansioni

• Assist in fiber network construction and maintenance work.
• Input data to staking software to create jobs and costs.
• Identify changes to electric distribution for fiber installs.
• Generate work orders and track construction progress.
• Communicate with property owners and educate members on broadband advantages.
• Inspect construction accuracy and workmanship.
• Coordinate construction crews and property access.
• Ensure permits are obtained and safety policies followed.
• Record GPS data and maintain project records.
• Coordinate with Cooperative staff on day-to-day activities.
