Job summary

TDS Telecommunications LLC, a leading fiber internet provider, seeks a Network Specialist I - OSP Construction to coordinate and supervise outside plant field work across multiple sites. You will ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery while managing costs and collaborating with engineers, contractors, and operations teams.

The role requires 3+ years in OSP construction/engineering or related project management, an Associate degree (or higher), and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Associate degree (or higher) required or 2+ years professional work experience.
• 3+ years in OSP construction/engineering or construction project management.
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation and insurance.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate OSP projects and supervise consultants across multiple locations and states, ensuring safety and cost controls.
• Provide audits of OSP projects and coach teams to ensure compliance with NEC and TDS standards.
• Review field reports and contractor invoicing for accuracy; manage project progress and documentation.
