Job summary

NextGen | GTA: A Kelly Telecom Company in Macon, GA, is seeking an experienced Construction Supervisor to lead an internal team of 10-12 inspectors and coordinate with subcontractors on fiber placement projects.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in FTTH/OSP construction and proven crew management, with a track record of safety, quality, and on-time delivery in ground and aerial fiber work. This role requires strong leadership and hands-on supervision on-site.

Qualifications

• 5+ years FTTH/OSP construction experience.
• 5+ years supervising wireline crews.
• Experience with underground and aerial fiber construction (ROW).
• Ability to drive daily production and crew productivity.
• Ability to read and interpret construction prints.
• Experience managing subcontractors and field crews.
• Strong safety, quality, and production management.
• Customer/client communication and escalation management.

Responsibilities

• Drive daily production and monitor KPIs.
• Manage crew schedules and workload.
• Track daily production, photos, progress, and project databases.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, customers, and internal teams.
• Resolve construction roadblocks and customer escalations.
• Ensure work is completed safely, on time, and according to specifications.
• Review construction prints and ensure crews build according to design.
• Monitor project costs/budgets and productivity.
