Qualifications

Team Management: This supervisor will manage an internal team of 10-12 inspectors who oversee subcontractors placing fiber on job sites.

3. Experience Required: Looking for candidates with about 1-2 years of OSP construction supervision experience, specifically managing internal teams.

4. Background Flexibility: Telecom experience is not strictly required; candidates from a general construction background (e.g., new home builds, project superintendents) with "boots on the ground" supervisory experience are welcome.
