Job summary

GTA is seeking an experienced OSP Construction Supervisor to oversee Outside Plant construction and maintenance operations for GTA in Guam. You will plan, coordinate, and execute multiple field projects daily while leading crews across varied outdoor environments.

Key responsibilities include directing crew activities, meeting tight deadlines, ensuring safety protocols, performing QC inspections, and supporting emergency network restoration efforts.

Responsibilities

• Direct crew activities across construction sites and manage multiple field projects daily.

• Ensure safety protocol adherence and conduct regular safety meetings.
• Perform quality control inspections and ensure timely submission of as-built drawings and closeout docs.
• Lead disaster recovery and emergency network restoration efforts as needed.
• Interact with contractors, vendors, engineers, and customers to align project goals.
