Qualifications

• 5+ years telecom field experience preferred.
• 2+ years implementing scalable learning solutions.

Responsibilities

• Deliver training content in-person, virtual, and hands-on formats.
• Collaborate with Training, Safety, Quality, and field leaders to prioritize initiatives.
• Conduct needs assessments and address performance gaps through targeted instruction.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and report progress to leadership.
• Provide hands-on coaching and on-site training to apprentices and technicians.
