Job summary

National Technologies (NTI) is seeking a Field Trainer to manage training within the assigned territory, ensuring safety standards and company procedures are followed while promoting employee growth through onboarding and ongoing development. You will work with jobsite foremen to set daily tasks and provide hands-on instruction to apprentices, reinforcing proper techniques and safe practices.

The role includes quality control audits and collaboration with the Training, Safety, and Quality teams

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years telecom field experience preferred with a focus in fiber optics.
• Minimum 2 years experience implementing scalable and valuable learning solutions to a growing and changing workforce.

Responsibilities

• Manage training activities within the assigned territory while ensuring safety standards and company procedures.
• Provide hands-on instruction to apprentices and less experienced personnel on job sites.
• Conduct Quality Control audits and observations to assess workmanship and identify corrective actions.
• Collaborate with Training, Safety, and Quality teams to prioritize training initiatives and improve field readiness.
• Provide regular updates on trainee progress and performance evaluations to leadership.
