Qualifications

• Experience assembling components with hand tools and basic production equipment.
• Ability to follow detailed SOPs and quality guidelines.
• Willingness to log product movement and quality concerns precisely.
• Comfort working in a clean, controlled production environment.

Responsibilities

• Assemble connector components per SOPs, including housings, terminals, pins, and locks.
• Build cable assemblies by attaching connectors and crimping wires.
• Assemble wire harnesses for vehicles, appliances and industrial equipment.
• Perform fiber-optic assembly and prepare fiber cables for telecom use.
• Inspect products using a microscope and document quality findings.
• Crimp terminals, insert into housings, and verify secure connections.
• Operate assembly equipment and test products for function and quality.
• Follow SOPs and maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Log inventory and quality concerns and support higher-level tasks as needed.
