The role requires high school diploma and ABOUT five years in telecom fiber, with hands-on experience in splicing, testing (OTDR), and network installations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Approximately 5 years’ telecom fiber construction/installation experience preferred.
• Knowledge of fiber splicing (fusion and mechanical) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair mainline fiber and drops for residential and commercial premises.
• Perform in-home premise installations and inside wiring improvements.
• Troubleshoot connectivity issues and ensure proper testing of fiber systems.
