The role involves fieldwork across the service area, completing pre- and post-install verifications, educating customers, and adhering to safety and OSHA standards.

Qualifications

• Fiber optic experience preferred; training provided.
• Must own vehicle and tools as per company checklist.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair fiber optic systems for residential and commercial customers.
• Complete pre-install work orders and post-install verifications for service performance.
• Provide clear product education to customers to ensure satisfaction and reduce repeats.
• Follow safety rules and OSHA regulations, including work at heights and in confined spaces.
• Log work orders and time accurately in internal systems; keep scheduled appointments.
• Maintain metrics for repeats, productivity, and completions.
• Assist other technicians and adapt to new processes as needed.
