Qualifications

• Fiber optic internet and home phone service experience preferred.
• Paid training provided for all skill levels.
• Must pass background check, MVR screen, and drug test.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair fiber optic systems for residential and commercial customers.
• Complete pre-install work orders and post-install verifications of service performance.
• Provide clear product education to customers to ensure satisfaction.
• Observe safety rules and OSHA regulations at all times.
• Log work orders and time accurately using internal systems.
• Maintain minimum metrics for repeats, productivity, and completions.
• Assist other technicians and adapt to new processes.
