Job summary

CS Contract Solutions, LLC in Lebanon, OH seeks a Fiber I&R Technician to install, maintain, and repair fiber optic services for residential and commercial customers. This full-time W-2 role is deployed to telecom carrier clients across the region, with a paid one-week training in Bedford, NH and production-based pay per completed job.

Primary service area is Lebanon, OH; the role requires personal vehicle with ladder rack and own tools, plus safety gear.

Qualifications

• Fiber optic internet and home phone service experience preferred; paid training provided for all skill levels.
• Must-have own truck, van, or SUV with ladder rack, plus own tools and safety equipment per company checklist.
• Smartphone, laptop, and Microsoft Excel required.
• Ability to lift up to 80 lbs unassisted.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to multi-task and work as part of a team.
• Must pass background check, MVR screen, and drug test.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair fiber optic systems for residential and commercial customers.
• Complete pre-install work orders and post-install service verification of internet, phone, and TV service where applicable.
• Provide clear product education to customers to ensure satisfaction and reduce repeat visits.
• Observe all safety rules and OSHA regulations, including work at heights and in confined spaces.
• Keep scheduled customer appointments and log work orders/time using internal systems.
• Maintain minimum acceptable metrics for Repeats, Productivity, and Completions.
• Assist other technicians and adapt to new processes and information as required.
