Bluepeak in Midwest City, OK is seeking an Installation and Repair Technician II to deliver advanced fiber‑optic solutions for residential and commercial customers. You will install, troubleshoot, and maintain FTTH systems, ensuring high‑quality service and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Two years of installation and repair experience in telecommunications.
• Completed Installer and Installer Technician NCTI courses.

Responsibilities

• Perform troubleshooting and corrective actions on complex service issues from OLT to on-premises devices.
• Inspect sites, review plans, and ensure materials and procedures meet installation standards.
• Install, maintain, or repair telecom systems following blueprints and building plans.
• Identify and resolve hardware, software, and basic network problems for end-users.
• Operate IP delivery equipment and test gear to ensure service quality.
• Mentor Level I technicians in complex tasks and troubleshooting.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
