Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience in telecom construction, including underground cable.
• Proven fiber optic network construction and maintenance skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing installation, maintenance, and repair of fiber cables above ground and underground.
• Conducting site surveys to determine best routes for cable installation.
• Collaborating with engineers and technicians to design fiber optic networks.
• Ensuring work complies with codes and regulations.
• Troubleshooting and resolving fiber optic network issues.
• Providing technical guidance to clients and team members.
• Preparing and presenting project progress reports.
• Assisting with planning, scheduling, and budgeting.
• Staying updated on developments in fiber optic technology.
