Job summary

TE Connectivity is seeking an Assembly Operator V to join our fiber optic manufacturing team. You will assemble, test, and troubleshoot optical connector and cable assemblies, set up test stations, and support new product launches.

This role requires strong attention to detail, teamwork, and willingness to work overtime on weekend shifts; a relocation stipend of $2,200 is offered and performance-based bonuses may apply.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years manufacturing experience, including 2+ years in fiber optic assembly.

Responsibilities

• Polish and test fiber optic cables.
• Assemble and package fiber optic connector components.
• Operate fiber router and complete over-molding process as needed.
• Support prototype and pre-release builds (NPI).
• Measure components with calipers, gauges, or other devices.
• Complete operational paperwork for traceability.
