Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a closely related field.
• Eight (8) years of full-time related experience, with at least five (5) years in a managerial/supervisory capacity.

Responsibilities

• Manage support staff for repair, installation, testing, troubleshooting and maintenance of network equipment and services for a 24/7 fiber optic network.
• Provide guidance on resolution of network failures and oversee project implementations.
• Supervise staff, plan short/long-term work, and ensure safety training compliance.
