Forged Fiber seeks a Project Coordinator to support network deployment and infrastructure projects. The role emphasizes tracking milestones, validating schedules, and coordinating with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely updates and accurate data.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of telecom-related experience, strong Excel/Smartsheet/Jira skills, and clear written and verbal communication abilities.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in telecom, utilities, construction, or related fields.
• Familiarity with milestone-driven projects and maintaining accurate project data.
• Understanding of basic project scheduling and date tracking.
• Experience with Excel, Smartsheet, MS Project, Jira, or similar tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Track key project milestones and maintain accurate, current status updates.
• Assist with validating forecasted vs. actual dates and identifying basic discrepancies.
• Support schedule reviews and help confirm task ownership.
• Review project updates for completeness and alignment with project scope.
• Escalate risks, delays, or missing information to senior team members.
• Serve as a communication point for internal teams and external partners.
• Assist in preparing project status summaries and milestone reports.
• Coordinate with engineering, construction, and vendor teams.
• Provide accurate data and project details to support project managers.
