Job summary

Meta is seeking a Network Implementation Engineer - Project Manager to lead the end-to-end implementation, deployment, and technical delivery of fiber and ILA projects into the Meta production environment. Responsibilities include coordinating North America deployments, managing partners and budgets, and mitigating risks to ensure on-time delivery.

You will collaborate with Network Development, Network Planning, Edge Network Deployment, Legal, Finance, and other internal stakeholders to execute

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree completed prior to joining Meta
• 2+ years of project management experience in telecom/construction
• Experience managing large cross-functional projects
• Negotiation experience with vendors/partners/contractors
• Experience tracking multiple tasks with documentation
• Understanding of ILAs and fiber construction milestones
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and spreadsheets

Responsibilities

• Manage fiber construction and ILA projects across North America
• Coordinate build partners, engineering firms, and budgets to mitigate project risk
• Oversee ILA production and deployments across North America
• Collaborate on long-term infrastructure build plans with construction timelines and budgets
• Support ROW/permitting processes and accelerated deployment schedules
• Engage with Sourcing and Net/Dev on new opportunities and budgets
• Kick off new projects with end-to-end requirements and milestones
• Ensure QA/QC of project management updates and reporting
• Deliver project outcomes to Meta cross-functional teams and MPRs
• Prepare fiber acceptance and closeout packages per Meta standards
• Work with vendors on fiber specs and OTDR trace interpretation
• Collaborate with finance on business plans, budgets, and forecasts
