Job summary

Meta is seeking a Network Implementation Engineer - Project Manager to lead the end-to-end deployment of fiber and ILA projects into Meta's production environment across North America.

You will coordinate with internal teams, manage partners and budgets, and drive timely delivery while mitigating project risks and ensuring quality. This role requires 2+ years PM experience in telecom/utility construction and a technical degree, with strong cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
• 2+ years PM experience in telecom/utility construction.
• PM expertise across large-scale projects.
• Vendor negotiation to resolve issues and reach agreements.
• Strong cross-functional coordination and documentation.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Project manage fiber construction and ILA projects across North America.
• Coordinate and manage build partners, engineering and construction firms, and budgets.
• Coordinate ILA production and deployments across North America.
• Collaborate with internal teams on long-term infrastructure build plans.
• Support ROW permit acquisition and accelerated deployment schedules.
• Develop budgets with finance; forecast and monitor spend.
• QA/QC of PM system updates and reporting.
• Deliver project outputs to Meta cross-functional teams.
• Create fiber acceptance and closeout packages.
