Job summary

Meta is seeking a Network Implementation Engineer - Project Manager to lead end-to-end fiber and ILA deployments in North America, coordinating with partners and internal teams. You will manage budgets, risks, and schedules to ensure on-time delivery and quality across multiple projects.

The role requires cross-functional collaboration with Legal, Finance, Network Development, and Deployment teams, leveraging strong PM skills and vendor negotiations to optimize outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, CE, or a related field; degree must be completed before joining Meta.
• 2+ years of project management experience with a focus on telecom/utilities construction.
• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business, or equivalent practical experience.
• PM expertise across large-scale projects and vendor negotiations to resolve issues.
• Experience managing multiple cross-functional tasks with accurate tracking and documentation.
• Understanding of milestones for ILA and/or fiber construction projects.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and spreadsheet tools.

Responsibilities

• Project management of fiber construction and ILA projects across North America via direct and indirect management of partner vendors.
• Coordinate and manage build partners, engineering firms, and budgets mitigating project risk through planning.
• Coordinate and manage ILA production and deployments across North America.
• Collaborate with internal teams to implement long-term infrastructure build plans and budgets.
• Support ROW and permit acquisition processes with accelerated deployment schedules.
• Drive QA/QC of project management system updates and reporting.
• Deliver project outputs to Meta cross-functional teams and ensure end-to-end delivery.
