Job summary

Meta seeks a Network Implementation Engineer - Project Manager to lead end-to-end fiber and ILA deployments in North America, ensuring on-time, within-budget delivery of critical network infrastructure. You will manage partner vendors, coordinate construction, and drive project milestones across multiple teams, including Legal and Finance.

The role requires strong project management, vendor negotiation, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver high-quality results for Meta's production

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in a technical field.
• 2+ years of project management experience in telecom/utility construction.
• Experience managing multiple cross-functional tasks.
• Vendor negotiation experience.
• Experience with ILA and fiber projects.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Lead fiber construction and ILA projects across North America.
• Coordinate build partners, engineering firms, and budgets.
• Manage ILA deployments and project risk mitigation.
• Collaborate with internal teams on long-term build plans.
• Support ROW and permit acquisition with accelerated deployment.
• Ensure QA/QC of PM system updates and reporting.
