Job summary

GCS Recruitment is seeking a Construction Engineer to lead end-to-end fiber network deployment projects in the Denver area. You will oversee planning, execution, and delivery from concept through completion, coordinating across engineering, operations, and program management teams.

The role requires strong field and office collaboration, contractor and vendor management, and a solid grasp of aerial and underground fiber deployment practices, permitting, and project scheduling tools.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in OSP fiber construction, telecommunications, or network deployment.
• Strong understanding of fiber optic network infrastructure.
• Experience managing contractors, vendors, and construction activities.
• Knowledge of aerial and underground fiber deployment practices.
• Understanding of permitting, right-of-way, and construction processes.
• Strong project coordination and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and project scheduling tools.

What You'll Do
