GCS Recruitment is seeking a Construction Engineer to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of fiber network construction projects from concept through completion. You will lead end-to-end deployment, manage contractors and vendors, and coordinate permitting and schedules to meet cost, time, and quality targets.

Collaborating with engineering, operations, and program management teams, you will track progress, provide updates to stakeholders, and support testing, acceptance, and handoff

Competenze

• 5+ years of experience in OSP fiber construction, telecommunications, or network deployment.
• Strong understanding of fiber optic network infrastructure.
• Experience managing contractors, vendors, and construction activities.
• Knowledge of aerial and underground fiber deployment practices.
• Understanding of permitting, right-of-way, and construction processes.
• Strong project coordination and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and project scheduling tools.

What You'll Do

As a Construction Engineer, you will oversee the successful planning, execution, and delivery of fiber network construction projects from concept through completion.
