Lightspeed Networks is seeking a Lineworker for its Pasco, WA operation to install, maintain, and repair aerial fiber optic cables. You will climb poles, operate bucket trucks, and adhere to strict safety standards while delivering high-quality telecommunications services.

The role is full-time, non-exempt, hourly, with overtime potential. Schedule is Mon to Thu, 7 a.m to 5:30 p.m and on-call in the surrounding area. We value reliability, teamwork, and customer-focused solutions.

Qualifications

• Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with aerial fiber installation and maintenance preferred.
• Ability to read plans and follow safety standards (NESC/NEC).

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair aerial fiber optic cables.
• Operate bucket trucks and climb poles safely.
• Read and interpret construction plans and work orders.
• Ensure safety protocols and proper use of equipment at all times.
