Qualifications

• Experience as a telecom lineman, fiber optic technician, or similar role preferred.
• Knowledge of aerial fiber optic and telecommunications installation practices.
• Read maps, job plans, and utility locates.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair aerial fiber optic and telecommunications lines.
• Climb poles, towers, and other structures to access lines and equipment.
• Splice, connect, terminate, test, and troubleshoot cables.
• Follow OSHA and company safety policies and PPE usage.
• Work with crew and supervisors on progress, safety, and site conditions.
