Job summary

TAK Broadband is seeking an Aerial Lineman to join our Mt. Vernon, WA team. You will install and service aerial fiber and coax, troubleshoot issues, and deliver outstanding customer service in varied environments.

Candidates should have 2+ years in aerial fiber or telecom construction, read blueprints, follow OSHA/NESC safety guidelines, and be able to travel up to 50%, including overnight stays. We offer full benefits, paid weekly, 80 vacation hours, holidays, 401(k) match, and life insurance.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in aerial fiber optic installation or telecommunications construction.
• Read and interpret construction drawings/blueprints.
• Familiar with OSHA safety requirements and NESC guidelines.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% with possible overnight stays.

Responsibilities

• Complete installation of products and services.
• May manage crew(s) in daily work.
• Install/repair aerial CTV coaxial and fiber cable.
• Place, relocate and remove poles, lines, and drops for facilities operation.
