Job summary

GoNetspeed is hiring an Outside Sales Representative to represent our fiber internet in local neighborhoods. This field-based role involves meeting customers face-to-face, selling fiber internet and related services, and working a full-time schedule with a base salary plus commissions.

You will knock 50+ doors daily, understand customer needs, and stay updated on offerings and competition. Training is provided, and travel locally is required.

Qualifications

• Experience is helpful but not required; we fully train you.
• Valid driver’s license, dependable vehicle, and willingness to travel locally.
• Availability 10 AM–7 PM, 40 hours/week.

Responsibilities

• Meet customers face to face through door-to-door outreach.
• Sell Fiber Internet, Home Phone, and Streaming TV.
• Knock on 50+ doors daily in assigned towns/cities.
• Understand customer needs and recommend the right plan.
• Stay current on product offerings and competitor options.
• Achieve monthly sales goals and earn commission.
• Participate in occasional community events to promote GoNetspeed.

What You’ll Do (Field-Based – Limited Office Reporting!)

You’ll represent GoNetspeed directly in local neighborhoods, helping people upgrade to fast, reliable fiber internet. Your day will include:

• Meeting customers face to face through door to door outreach
• Selling Fiber Internet, Home Phone, and Streaming TV
• Knocking on 50+ doors daily in assigned towns/cities
• Understanding customer needs and recommending the right plan
• Staying current on product offerings and competitor options
• Achieving monthly sales goals and earning big on commission
• Participating in occasional community events to promote GoNetspeed

What You Bring

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A self-driven mindset with the ability to work independently
• Comfort working outside in all weather conditions
• Reliable attendance and ability to maintain a full-time schedule
• Availability 10 AM–7 PM, 40 hours/week
• A valid driver’s license, dependable vehicle, and willingness to travel locally

• Telecom, broadband, or tech-related sales experience (not required)
• Organized approach to managing a sales territory

Physical Requirements

• Frequent standing/walking/stair climbing (75–100%)
• Occasional kneeling, lifting, pushing/pulling (25–49%)
• Ability to read screens/reports and communicate via phone/email (75–100%)

$70,000 - $125,000 a year

Base Salary: $35,000 plus uncapped commission

Total Target Compensation: $70,000 to $125,000
