Job summary

GoNetspeed is a fast-growing fiber internet provider seeking an Outside Sales Representative to meet customers in the field. You'll drive door-to-door sales, presenting fiber internet, home phone, and streaming TV options while working outdoors in varied weather.

This role offers a base salary plus uncapped commissions, a $5,000 signing and performance bonus, and typical earnings ranging from $70,000 to $125,000+ annually. PTO, holidays, 401(k), and health benefits are included.

Responsibilities

• Meet customers face to face through door to door outreach.
• Sell Fiber Internet, Home Phone, and Streaming TV.
• Knock on 50+ doors daily in assigned towns/cities.
• Understand customer needs and recommend the right plan.
• Stay current on product offerings and competitor options.
• Achieve monthly sales goals and maximize commission.

What You’ll Do (Field-Based – Limited Office Reporting!)

• Meeting customers face to face through door to door outreach
• Selling Fiber Internet, Home Phone, and Streaming TV
• Knocking on 50+ doors daily in assigned towns/cities
• Understanding customer needs and recommending the right plan
• Staying current on product offerings and competitor options
• Achieving monthly sales goals and earning big on commission
• Participating in occasional community events to promote GoNetspeed

• A valid driver’s license, dependable vehicle, and willingness to travel locally

• Telecom, broadband, or tech-related sales experience (not required)
• Organized approach to managing a sales territory
• Confident face to face communication
• Professional, ethical customer interactions
• Ability to make quick, informed decisions independently

Physical Requirements

• Frequent standing/walking/stair climbing (75–100%)
• Occasional kneeling, lifting, pushing/pulling (25–49%)
• Ability to read screens/reports and communicate via phone/email (75–100%)

$70,000 - $125,000 a year

Base Salary: $35,000 plus uncapped commission
