Job summary

GoNetspeed is hiring an Outside Sales Representative (Door-to-Door) to expand our fiber internet footprint. You’ll work in the field, meeting customers face to face, selling fiber internet, home phone, and streaming TV with a focus on local towns.

You’ll earn a base salary of $35,000 plus uncapped commissions, with typical earnings ranging from $70,000 to $125,000+ annually. Training is provided and benefits include 401(k) with company match and paid holidays.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Comfort working outside in various weather conditions.
• Valid driver’s license and a dependable vehicle for local travel.

Responsibilities

• Meet customers face to face through door-to-door outreach.
• Sell Fiber Internet, Home Phone, and Streaming TV.
• Knock on 50+ doors daily in assigned towns/cities.
• Understand customer needs and recommend the right plan.
• Stay current on product offerings and competitor options.
• Achieve monthly sales goals and earn commission.
• Participate in community events to promote GoNetspeed.

What You’ll Do (Field-Based – Limited Office Reporting!)

• Meeting customers face to face through door to door outreach
• Selling Fiber Internet, Home Phone, and Streaming TV
• Knocking on 50+ doors daily in assigned towns/cities
• Understanding customer needs and recommending the right plan
• Staying current on product offerings and competitor options
• Achieving monthly sales goals and earning big on commission
• Participating in occasional community events to promote GoNetspeed

What You Bring

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A self-driven mindset with the ability to work independently
• Comfort working outside in all weather conditions
• Reliable attendance and ability to maintain a full-time schedule
• Availability 10 AM–7 PM, 40 hours/weekA valid driver’s license, dependable vehicle, and willingness to travel locally

• Telecom, broadband, or tech-related sales experience (not required)
• Organized approach to managing a sales territory
• Confident face to face communication
• Professional, ethical customer interactions
• Ability to make quick, informed decisions independently

Physical Requirements

• Frequent standing/walking/stair climbing (75–100%)
• Occasional kneeling, lifting, pushing/pulling (25–49%)
• Ability to read screens/reports and communicate via phone/email (75–100%)
