Job summary

GoNetspeed is hiring an Outside Sales Representative (Door-to-Door) to expand our fiber internet footprint. You’ll work in the field, meeting customers and presenting fiber internet, home phone, and streaming TV options.

Expect to knock 50+ doors daily in assigned towns, understand customer needs, and promote GoNetspeed products. Training is provided with no experience required, and you can earn a substantial income through uncapped commissions and performance bonuses.

Responsibilities

• Meet customers face to face through door to door outreach.

• Stay current on product offerings and competitor options.
• Achieve monthly sales goals and earn commission.

What You’ll Do (Field-Based – Limited Office Reporting!)

• Meeting customers face to face through door to door outreach
• Selling Fiber Internet, Home Phone, and Streaming TV
• Knocking on 50+ doors daily in assigned towns/cities
• Understanding customer needs and recommending the right plan
• Staying current on product offerings and competitor options
• Achieving monthly sales goals and earning big on commission
• Participating in occasional community events to promote GoNetspeed

What You Bring

Experience is helpful but not required: we fully train you. You’re a great fit if you have:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A self-driven mindset with the ability to work independently
• Comfort working outside in all weather conditions
• Reliable attendance and ability to maintain a full-time schedule
• Availability 10 AM–7 PM, 40 hours/week
• A valid driver’s license, dependable vehicle, and willingness to travel locally

Skills That Help You Stand Out

• Telecom, broadband, or tech-related sales experience (not required)
• Organized approach to managing a sales territory
• Confident face to face communication
• Professional, ethical customer interactions
• Ability to make quick, informed decisions independently

Physical Requirements

• Frequent standing/walking/stair climbing (75–100%)
• Occasional kneeling, lifting, pushing/pulling (25–49%)
• Ability to read screens/reports and communicate via phone/email (75–100%)
