Prince Telecom LLC is hiring a Technician Fiber Installation in Kalamazoo, MI to set up and maintain fiber optic networks. You will troubleshoot issues and ensure seamless service, with field duties in the Kalamazoo area.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent work experience.
• Valid State driver's license with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Install, disconnect, reconnect, add, change, and troubleshoot fiber optic internet and telephone according to guidelines.
• Install, setup and configure all equipment.
• Identify and remedy sources of customer-perceived issues.
• Review requested services with the customer to ensure understanding and agreement.
• Educate the customer regarding product and service usage.
• Clean, maintain, and stock vehicle and equipment.
• Overtime, travel, and on-call/after-hours duties as needed.
• Work in all weather conditions.
• Other duties as assigned.
