Job summary

Prince Telecom LLC is seeking a Technician Fiber Installation in the United States. You will set up and maintain fiber optic networks, fix issues, and ensure uninterrupted service, working with customers to resolve problems.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED equivalent, or relevant work experience required.
• Authorization to work in the United States for this company required.
• Valid State driver’s license with a clean driving record required.

Responsibilities

• Install, disconnect, reconnect, add, change, and troubleshoot fiber optic internet and telephone per guidelines.
• Install, setup and configure all equipment.
• Identify and remedy sources of customer-perceived issues.
• Review requested services with the customer to ensure understanding and agreement.
• Educate the customer regarding product and service usage.
• Clean, maintain, and stock vehicle and equipment.
• Work overtime, travel, and perform on-call/after-hours responsibilities as needed.
• Perform work in all weather conditions.
